We offer shipping to all locations within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii. Please note that we do not ship to forwarding addresses.

Buy a Brompton online today and pick it up at a nearby Brompton Junction or retailer within 5 business days. We aim to dispatch all Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store orders within 5 business days. Our own store staff and participating retailers are here to help get you rolling, answer questions about your new purchase, and provide additional tips and recommendations as needed - all conveniently located at a nearby shop!
During checkout, You will see a list of Brompton Junctions and participating Brompton retailers offering the Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store option. Should you have any further questions or need assistance during the checkout process, our customer support team will be more than happy to help.
Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store orders will be dispatched within 5 business days. Once your order arrives to the selected store, the bike will go through a process of inspection. The store will contact you directly as soon as your bike is ready for collection. If you would like to have more information regarding the collection date, please contact the store directly.
Please note that Buy Online, Pick Up In-Store bikes can only be picked up at the collection at the store you select during checkout.

When will my order ship out?
Our team processes and ships your order within 5 business days.
How do I track my order?
We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Please note a signature is required upon delivery.
What if I will not be home to receive my order?
Once you receive the email with tracking number, you can use FedEx delivery manager to divert your order delivery to a nearby FedEx pickup location. Please note a signature is required upon delivery.
I Just placed my order, can I cancel it?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You will need to refuse the delivery, once your order is returned to us, only then can we process a refund.
Shipping costs
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders that exceed $50.
For orders that fall below the $50 threshold, a flat fee of $10 will be applied to cover the cost of shipping.
RETURNS
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If for some reason you have bought something and changed your mind, we will reimburse the value of the items (but not the shipping costs).
We only accept returns on unused items in the original packaging within 28 days of delivery*.
*Excluding Brompton Renewed bikes.
To kickstart your return
Submit your Online Returns Form (at the bottom of this page) within 14 days of the item being delivered.
Make sure your return parcel is postmarked within 14 days of submitting your form.
Getting your refund
Your return shipment may take up to 5 business days to reach our warehouse, plus processing time. Once we have your items checked in and processed, we'll send the refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
Simply return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged items
If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, fill out the Online Returns Form (at the bottom of this page). And we'll take it from there, including reimbursing any shipping costs.

Online orders cannot be returned in person to Brompton Junction NY.
To initiate a return for an online order, please fill out the Online Returns Form located at the bottom of our webpage.
Once you have submitted the form, our Customer Service team will promptly review your request and follow up with an email providing you with the next steps.

All sales of Brompton Renewed bikes are final. Due to the nature of the Renewed program and the discounted prices, we are unable to accept returns on these bikes. Each bike is carefully inspected, graded, and serviced before being sold, ensuring that you receive a high-quality product that is fully functional.
However, if you encounter any issues with your Brompton Renewed bike after purchase, our team is here to assist. All bikes come with a limited warranty and are backed by our customer support team for any necessary repairs or service.
