Where We Ship
We currently ship to all locations within the contiguous United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
Please note: We do not ship to forwarding addresses.

Shipping Timelines
Can’t Be Home for Delivery?
No problem. Use FedEx Delivery Manager (once your tracking number is available) to reroute your package to a nearby FedEx pickup location.
Please note: A signature is still required upon pickup.
Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
If you no longer want your order, you’ll need to refuse the delivery. Once the package is returned to us, we’ll process your refund.
Returns
We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If you've changed your mind about a purchase, we're here to help.
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 28 days of delivery.
Please note: Returns are not accepted on Brompton Renewed bikes.
To Start a Return
Submit the Online Returns Form (located at the bottom of this page) within 14 days of receiving your item.
Once approved, our Customer Service team will provide you with a prepaid FedEx return label.
Postmark your return parcel within 14 days of submitting your form.
Refunds & Return Shipping Fees
If your return is due to a change of mind (i.e. it’s not the result of a fault, damage, or shipping error), a flat-rate return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund:
If you require a bike box for your return, an additional $75.00 will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and processed (usually within 5 business days of arrival), we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please fill out the Online Returns Form. In these cases, we’ll provide a return label at no cost to you and fully reimburse your original shipping charges once the item is returned.

Can I return an online order to the Brompton Junction store?
No – online orders cannot be returned in person to a Brompton Junction. Please submit the Online Returns Form to begin your return.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You may refuse delivery; once the order is returned to us, a refund will be processed.
Bought your Brompton from another retailer?
Please contact the original seller directly for their return policy.
Returning a Brompton Renewed bike?
All sales of Brompton Renewed bikes are final. These bikes are carefully inspected and sold at a discounted price, so we do not accept returns. However, they are covered by a limited warranty. If something isn’t right, our support team is here to help.

Brompton currently delivers orders made on the online store to the following countries:

Please make sure the order is placed on your country specific website as we can't accept orders for a specific country being delivered to a different territory (e.g.: orders made on the UK website will only be delivered to UK addresses).
We are only able to deliver to residential addresses. Orders made with delivery to forwarding companies, PO boxes or hotels will be automatically cancelled and refunded to the original payment method. This information can be found on our Terms and Conditions.
For those territories we do not yet deliver to, bike and accessories purchases can be made via the local retailer network.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive two emails; a confirmation that your order has been dispatched and the tracking information in a separate email.
If your order is Click & Collect, tracking information will be sent to the retailer and they will contact you directly once the bike is ready to be collected.
You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account here. If you don’t have an order number or if you checked out as guest, please contact us here and we will provide you with order information.
Orders cannot be moved or assigned to an account once they are placed. To see the order on your Brompton account, please make sure you are logged into your account before placing your order. You can log in to your account here.
Once the order has been placed, we are not able to make any changes to the order. If you would like to modify the products purchased, we will need to cancel the existing order and a new order made on our website. To cancel your order please fill the cancellation form here.
Our team will process and ship your order within 2 working days (please note that this does not include public holidays or weekends).
Tracking details will be provided once the order has been dispatched. Estimated delivery times for orders with home delivery is 3-5 working days.
Please note that if the chosen delivery method is Click & Collect, the retailer will perform a pre-delivery inspection before handing the bike over to you which may add 2-3 days to your delivery depending on their workshop capacity. Once this inspection has been completed, the retailer will get in touch with you directly to arrange collection.
Orders can be cancelled by filling and submitting the cancellation form.

No. Bikes purchased from our online store with home delivery must be returned to Brompton directly and not to one of Brompton authorised retailers or Brompton Junction stores unless specified otherwise by the Brompton Customer Service team.

Make sure you place the order on your country specific website as we can't accept orders for the USA on the UK website for example.
It is also possible to purchase all Brompton products from a local retailer.
Please note that not every Brompton store is an Electric retailer or G line or T Line retailer.
Brompton Electric C Line and Electric P Line is a product that will require occasional servicing, just like other bicycles. This will need to be carried out by trained staff with specialist tools at a Brompton Electric retailer.
For this reason, the warranty is only valid in the country of purchase, where there are trained and equipped retailers.

Brompton distributes to many partners across 45 countries; however, we are unable to ship to a country where we do not have accredited retailers or distributors. This is because all bicycles will require occasional servicing which will need to be carried out by an accredited retailer.

As stated in the Brompton warranty terms and conditions:
- The warranty is only valid within the country in which the bicycle was purchased.
- Bikes exported from one country to another will be supported, within the warranty period, by the free issue of parts from the factory, where necessary. However, the Brompton distributor or dealer in the new country will normally charge for the labour required to undertake warranty repairs, and for any import duty levied on the free-issued parts.
