We ship  to anywhere within the lower 48 United States. This excludes Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii.

We don't ship to forwarding addresses.

When will my order ship out?

Our  team process and ship your order within 5 business days.

How do I track  my order?

We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

What if I will not be home to receive my order?

Once you receive the email with tracking number, you can use FedEx delivery manager to divert your order delivery to a nearby FedEx pickup location.

Soon you’ll be able to buy online for pickup in store at top Brompton retailers around the country. In the meantime, you can always get a Brompton shipped direct to your door. Brompton offers the easiest home delivery of a bicycle – just install the seat, pump up your tires, and you’re ready to ride!

Returns

RETURNS

We want you to be happy every time you shop with us. If for some reason you have bought something and changed your mind, we will reimburse the value of the items (but not the shipping costs).

We only accept returns on unused items in the original packaging within 28 days of delivery. 

 

To kickstart your return

  • Submit your Online Returns Form (at the bottom of this page) within 14 days of the item being delivered.

  • Make sure your return parcel is postmarked within 14 days of submitting your form. 


Getting your refund

Your return shipment may take up to 5 business days to reach our warehouse, plus processing time.  Once we have your items checked in and processed, we'll send the refund to your original payment method. 

Exchanges 

Simply return the original for a refund and place a new order. 

Damaged items

If your product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, fill out the Online Returns Form (at the bottom of this page). And we'll take it from there, including reimbursing any shipping costs.

Can I return an online order to the Brompton Junction store?

You sure can. Simpy fill out the Online Returns Form (at the bottom of this page). Our team will email you a returns code. Give this to one of the store team and they will take it from there.
