The Brompton B75 is fitted with 3 gears. The bike is fitted with the ultra-reliable Sturmey Archer internal geared hub. It's long service life and durability, this hub is controlled by a simple trigger shifter mounted on the right side of the handlebar.

To make the bike easier to ride when pedaling up hills, the front chainring has also been reduced in size to 44T. This provides a 12% reduction over the standard Brompton.
