RETURNS

Purchases from Brompton.com may be returned within 28 days. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery, you will need to send them to us and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. For unwanted items, products must be unused and you will be responsible for the cost of return postage. If the product is faulty or has arrived damaged, we will reimburse the cost of return postage.

Get free shipping on orders over $50 within the lower 48 contiguous United States, processed in 5 working days, then sent by parcel carrier. Easy set up. Follow the Quick Start Guide to add your saddle and do some basic checks, and you’ll be ready to cycle away in less than 10 minutes from opening the box.
