Inspired by the MK1

The one millionth Brompton proudly wears our heritage on its sleeve. The vibrant Ritchie Red is matched to one of the first 300 Brompton bikes ever made. We named the colour in honour of our inventor. The Brooks C17 saddle pays homage to his seat of choice back in the day. And of course, we included a rack - just like the original.

Brompton frame number 1,000,000

More than just a number on a frame, this milestone bike represents 47 years of skilled hands and craftsmanship. Our teams in London and Sheffield handmake every single Brompton bike. We're proud of what they do. That's why each frame is marked by its maker.
