Gift with Purchase Promotion Terms 

Promoter: Brompton Bicycle Inc., with its business address at 55 Washington Street, Ste 253A, Brooklyn, NY 11201. 

The Promotion begins on 12:01am Eastern Time on 12 May 2026 and ends on 02 June 2026 at 11:59pm Eastern Time (the "Promotion Period") in the United States, including the District of Columbia, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other U.S. territories (the "Qualifying Territory").  

Qualifying Store is the Brompton Online Store. The Promotion is available only for orders placed through the Brompton Online Store for delivery within the Qualifying Territory. Orders of Eligible Products placed through a Qualifying Store during the Promotion Period are eligible to receive one Promotion Package at no additional charge, subject to availability, even if the order is shipped after the end of the Promotion Period.  

Each qualifying order will receive one Promotion Package only. The products included in the Promotion Package are listed below. The customer must add the Promotion Package to their basket before checkout. The Promotion Package is subject to stock availability.

Eligible Products must be purchased from a Qualifying Store in the Qualifying Territory. A qualifying customer will receive one Promotion Package at no additional charge. Where shown in the basket, the Promotion Package may appear as a separate line item discounted by 100%. 

This offer is valid only during the Promotion Period, while stocks last. Limit of one Promotion Package per qualifying order. Brompton may substitute the Promotion Package, or any item within it, with an item or items of equal or greater value if the advertised Promotion Package or any component of it becomes unavailable after a qualifying order is placed. The Promotion is only available on P Line purchases listed above and excludes purchases from our Renewed store. Eligible Products and Promotion Package are subject to availability. Purchases of Eligible Products which are not made in a Qualifying Store are not eligible for this Promotion. 

If a qualifying order is cancelled or returned, the Promotion Package must also be returned in full and in an unused condition. If the Promotion Package is not returned, Brompton may reduce the refund by the value of the Promotion Package, to the extent permitted by applicable law. 

This Promotion cannot be combined with any other offer, discount code, employee purchase programme or affiliate promotion unless Brompton states otherwise. 

Promotion Package is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. 

These Promotion Terms are supplemental to Brompton’s website terms of sale and privacy notice, which also apply. 

Brompton reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw this Promotion where reasonably necessary because of fraud, technical failure, stock unavailability, legal or regulatory requirements, or other circumstances beyond Brompton’s reasonable control. Any such change will not affect orders that already qualified for the Promotion before the change took effect, except where required by law or where necessary to address fraud or a manifest system error.
