Stock Bikes orders:

Bags, Parts & Accessories orders:
Sunday 15th December

Extended Returns:
Items purchased online between 15th November 2019 and 26th December 2019, can be returned until the 31st January 2020, as long as they follow the Returns Terms and Conditions, available here.

Closed for Christmas:
The US Brompton offices close from the 24th of December until the 5th January. All the orders placed during this period will be dispatched from the 6th of January 2020.

*Please be aware that while we can guarantee delivery to your chosen store, prior to December 24th, we are unable to guarantee that your chosen Brompton dealer will be able to arrange the pre delivery inspection and collection prior to December 24th. For this reason we do recommend discussing this with your local Brompton dealer, prior to making your purchase, and do recommend that purchases are made as early as possible in order to reduce the risk of any disappointment.

UK & International Deliveries

Depending on the type of product, Brompton delivers to the following locations:

Bikes in stock: UK, USA and Singapore Custom Bikes: UK Bags, Parts and Accessories: UK, USA, Singapore, Netherlands, France, Spain (Mainland only), Portugal, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark and Luxembourg. For all other territories, please contact your local dealer.

​Please note orders must be placed on your local country website.

 

By using us.brompton.com you are buying from Brompton Bicycle Inc in the USA, only orders for shipping inside the US will be valid as we do not offer international shipment from the USA.

Bags, Parts and Accessories:
Orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 working days. Delivery should be within 5-7 working days from day of order but this is dependent upon location. 

Bikes in stock:
Orders will be processed within 7 working days. Once your order arrives to the selected dealer, the bike will go through a process of inspection. The dealer will contact you directly as soon as your bike is ready for collection. If you would like to have more information regarding the collection date, please contact the dealer directly.

Pre-sell bikes:

Please check the estimated delivery date on the product description page. The dealer will contact you directly as soon as your bike is ready for collection.

General Information:

Our orders are dispatched using UPS.

Orders are free when you spend more than $200.

Please note that we are closed over the weekends and national holidays.

RETURNS

Brompton is committed to quality; if our products have failed you in any way, please return them and we will either exchange them or give you your money back. If the product is faulty or has arrived damaged, we will reimburse the cost of return postage. Unwanted items may be returned within 14 days at your cost. 

For all Click and Collect orders, bikes must be returned in an unused and resellable condition, to organise this please contact us via email and await instructions.

Please note: Items must be returned to the following address and not to stores or Brompton Junctions unless otherwise specified.
